Our member Andrea Harris writes:

This is a novel about making ideas happen, and so creating paradise.
It takes the form of a sometimes not quite reliable narrator, the book’s protagonist, a 2nd generation Jewish woman attorney. She leads us, or is it herself, down the path of her life from clouded perception or denial, to reality, or is it the other way around? It is a delightful read filled with twists and turns as the chapters move along. Each of the five sections could be its own short story, but they mesh nicely together to form the chronology of her life. Ye,s she does actually create a golem, a real life modern day golem right out of the 16th century.
